Registrations for IRED 2022 are now open. The registration fee provides each delegate attendance at IRED from Monday 24th October to Wednesday 26th October 2022 – being three days of IRED conferencing.
Registration also includes:
Attendance for one delegate to the event poster function on Monday 24th October
Conference dinner on Tuesday 25th October

Cancellations & COVID-19
Should you contract Covid-19 and are unable to attend, you will be required to supply a medical statement and an 80% refund will be granted at any time leading up to the event. Should Covid-19 impact ability to host the conference, including travel to Adelaide, the organisers will fully refund your conference fee.
IRED requests that any delegate who is feeling unwell or has cold or flu like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, not attend the Conference.
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Conference, you must notify us in writing by email: info@luminoevents.com.au
Payment of fees
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only). Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details. All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.
Credit card charges appear as The Meeting People Pty Ltd - Colonel Light Gardens on your card statement – a third party contracted by IRED to manage the registration process. When using the online payment system credit cards are processed directly by Westpac Payway and The Meeting People does not store or transmit your credit card details. Westpac Payway is a secure PCI compliant platform.
All fees are in Australian Dollars and contain Australian GST.

Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST; the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.
Liability
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the IRED and the Meeting Managers of the Conference accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
Privacy
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
